Is there a minimum contract length?

Yes, we require a 3-month commitment for all plans. This allows us to keep the initial setup cost affordable.

Will I get a discount if I already have a domain name?

No. The domain is a complimentary service provided by us to help small businesses get professional websites at affordable rates.

What if I need to add new content?

We’re here to help! Just email your assigned project manager and the new content will be added within 24 hours. All of our plans provide dedicated hours for support and updates.

Why do I need to pre-approve payment?

This is to avoid non-serious client. But don’t worry, we will only charge you once the work starts.

Who will host my website?

Hosting of your website is included in all of our monthly plans. We use Solid-State drives (SSDs) which provide fast and reliable hosting. This service is provided as long as your subscription is active.

Do I own my website domain?

Yes. We offer a complimentary purchase and set-up of a domain name with all our plans but you own it. We purchase the domain on your behalf and transfer it to you as soon as the 3-month lock-in period is over.

How do I know you're not going to rip me off?

We understand that working with a company outside of the US can be frightening. We encourage you to read the testimonials from the many US companies we have worked with. If you are still hesitant, we would be happy to work with you through an intermediary such as Upwork.com.

What if I want to cancel and move to a different host?

Although we would be sad to see you leave, you are free to transfer your website to another host after the required 3-month period. We allow a 15-day grace period after cancellation to transfer a website and can help you with this process. All other support will cease after canceling your plan.

Can I pay everything upfront instead of through a subscription?

Yes. We do get inquiries for a single payment option as some clients are unable to process monthly payments. Email us at sales@dwebpixel.com and we will work with you to define the total cost for your project.

Will I be charge immediately?

No. We will only charge your credit card after we have worked with you to determine your requirements and have found the best plan for you. We pre-approve your credit card but only charge you when we get approval to start work.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments using Stripe.com. Millions of businesses use Stripe for payment processing including Kickstarter.com, Target and Under Armour.
If you are unable to use Stripe, you can contact us at sales@dwebpixel.com and we can make alternate arrangements for you.

Are you like Wix or Squarespace?

No. We are custom developers. With us, you will be working with a real human being who will brainstorm ideas and listen to your needs and requirements. With Wix and Squarespace, you use and impersonal, online platform to build your own website. Wix and Squarespace own your website template and you are not able to move your site to a different host if you are unhappy with their services.
